  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using SRP54 antibody (67005-1-Ig, Clone: 1D6D1 ) at dilution of 1:400 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Mouse Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAM002), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67005-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 67005-1-Ig (same clone as 67005-1-PBS)

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Anti-Human SRP54 (67005-1-Ig, Clone:1D6D1) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.4 ug Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (MOPC-21) (65124-1-Ig, Clone: MOPC-21) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67005-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Hintergrundinformationen

The signal recognition particle (SRP) is a ribonucleoprotein complex that mediates the targeting of proteins to the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). The complex consists of a 7S (or 7SL) RNA and 6 different proteins, and signal recognition particle 54 (SRP54) is one of them. SRP54 binds to the signal sequence of presecretory protein as they emerge from the translating ribosomes, and then transfers them to translocating chain-associating membrane protein (TRAM).
