  WB analysis using 30851-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 30851-1-AP (SSR3 antibody) at dilution of 1:30000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of mouse brain using 30851-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue slide using 30851-1-AP (SSR3 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of mouse brain using 30851-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue using SSR3 antibody (30851-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

Hintergrundinformationen

Mammalian TRAP is a heterotetrameric membrane protein complex which comprised of four membrane proteins/subunits: alpha, beta, gamma, and delta. SSR3 is also known as translocon-associated protein subunit gamma (TRAPG). The signal sequence receptor (SSR) is a glycosylated endoplasmic reticulum (ER) membrane receptor associated with protein translocation across the ER membrane. SSR3 assumes a central position in the mammalian TRAP complex, binding to the ribosome on the cytosolic face of the ER membrane and coordinating the remaining TRAP subunits with the ribosome and the other translocon components.
