  IF Staining of HepG2 using CL594-67313

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using CoraLite®594 SSRP1 antibody (CL594-67313, Clone: 3D3H4 ) at dilution of 1:100.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL594-67313

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 ug CoraLite®594 Anti-Human SSRP1 (CL594-67313, Clone:3D3H4) (red), or 0.2 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).
