  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 31732-1-AP (STAP1 antibody) at dilution of 1:2500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Signal transducing adaptor protein 1 (STAP1), also known as BRDG1, contains a proline-rich region, a pleckstrin homology (PH) domain, and a region in the carboxy terminal half with similarity to the Src Homology 2 (SH2) domain. STAP1 acts downstream of the Tec tyrosine kinase and participates in a positive feedback loop by increasing the activity of Tec (PMID: 10518561).
