  WB analysis using 10487-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10487-1-AP (STARD5 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of mouse liver using 10487-1-AP

  mouse liver tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10487-1-AP (STARD5 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of human liver using 10487-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human liver using 10487-1-AP (STARD5 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 40x lens).

• 

  IHC staining of mouse liver using 10487-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse liver tissue slide using 10487-1-AP (STARD5 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 10487-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using STARD5 antibody (10487-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Mauslebergewebe, humanes Lebergewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HepG2-Zellen
