  IF Staining of HepG2 using CL555-67568

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using CoraLite®555 STAT4 antibody (CL555-67568, Clone: 4A8C9 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of mouse Th1 using CL555-67568

  1X10^6 mouse Th1 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug CoraLite®555 Anti-Human STAT4 (CL555-67568, Clone:4A8C9) (red), or 0.8 ug Isotype Control. Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

The JAK/STAT pathway is an extensive signaling pathway downstream of cytokine receptors. STATs are cytosolic proteins with a common structure consisting of an N-terminal oligomerization domain, which favors formation of STAT dimers, followed by a DNA-binding domain and a C-terminal SRC homology-2 (SH2) domain, which is involved in association between STATs and receptors[PMID:22383755]. Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 4 (STAT4) is a transcription factor that is activated by IL-12 signaling and promotes Th1-cell differentiation and IFN-γ production [PMID:21998209].
