  WB analysis using 67018-1-Ig (same clone as 67018-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67018-1-Ig (STBD1 antibody) at dilution of 1:16000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated Lamin B1 Monoclonal antibody (HRP-66095) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67018-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of human liver cancer using 67018-1-Ig (same clone as 67018-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human liver cancer tissue slide using 67018-1-Ig (STBD1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67018-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using STBD1 antibody (67018-1-Ig, Clone: 1A2G2 ) at dilution of 1:800 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67018-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

STBD1 may have the capability to bind to carbohydrates. It functions as a glycogen receptor that tethers glycogen to autophagic membranes for delivery and breakdown in lysosomes. STBD1 appears molecular mass of 35-38 kDa band in mouse/rat tissues and 38-43 kDa in human tissue.
