  WB analysis using 12097-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12097-1-AP (STK3 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB result of STK3 antibody (12097-1-AP; 1:600; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-STK3 transfected HeLa cells.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human pancreas cancer tissue slide using 12097-1-AP (STK3 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  Immunofluorescent analysis of Hela cells, using STK3 antibody 12097-1-AP at 1:50 dilution and FITC-labeled donkey anti-rabbit IgG (green). Blue pseudocolor = DAPI (fluorescent DNA dye).

  IF Staining of HeLa using 12097-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using 12097-1-AP (STK3 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: A375-Zellen, HeLa-Zellen, HL-60-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Pankreaskarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HeLa-Zellen
