  WB analysis using 66637-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 66637-1-Ig (STK3 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of HeLa using 66637-1-Ig

  WB result of STK3 antibody (66637-1-Ig; 1:20000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-STK3 transfected HeLa cells.

  IHC staining of mouse kidney using 66637-1-Ig

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse kidney tissue slide using 66637-1-Ig (STK3 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed NIH/3T3 cells using STK3 antibody (66637-1-Ig, Clone: 1C11A4 ) at dilution of 1:800 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Mausnierengewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: NIH/3T3-Zellen
