  WB analysis using 11434-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11434-1-AP (STK32C antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of rat kidney using 11434-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded rat kidney tissue slide using 11434-1-AP (STK32C antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of A431 using 11434-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed A431 cells using STK32C antibody (11434-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).

STK32C (Serine/Threonine Kinase 32C) is a member of the AGC family of serine/threonine protein kinases. STK32C is overexpressed in various cancers, including bladder cancer and prostate cancer. In bladder cancer, high expression of STK32C is associated with poor clinical outcomes and short relapse-free survival (PMID: 30359551).
