  FC experiment of Human Bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cells using 65585-1-MR

  1x10^6 human bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cells were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human STRO-1 (STRO-1) Mouse IgG2a RecAb (65585-1-MR, Clone: STRO-1) or 0.25 ug Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (C1.18.4) (65571-1-Ig, Clone: MOPC-173), and PE-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG. Cells were co-stained with 0.25 ug CoraLite® Plus 405 Anti-Human CD90 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (CL405-98126, Clone: 241290B2). Cells were not fixed.

  1x10^6 human blood cells were surface unstained or stained with 0.5 ug Anti-Human STRO-1 Mouse IgG2a Recombinant Antibody (65585-1-MR, Clone: STRO-1) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L). Cells were not fixed. CD45 dim cells were gated.

  1x10^6 human blood cells were unstained (blue) or surface stained with 0.5 ug Anti-Human STRO-1 Mouse IgG2a Recombinant Antibody (65585-1-MR, Clone: STRO-1) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (red). Cells were not fixed. CD45 dim cells were gated.
