  1X10^6 lysed human blood cells were surface stained with 0.2 ug Anti-Human STRO-1 (65184-1-Ig, Clone:STRO-1) and AlexaFluor-Goat anti-Mouse IgG at dilution 1:1000. Cells were not fixed. CD45 dim, CD34 positive cells were gated.
