50ug RAW 264.7 mouse cell lysate; proteins resolved in 12% SDS-PAGE gel, transferred onto PVDF. Probed with 1:500 dilution of anti-Syntaxin 7 antibody overnight at 4oC. Detected using IRDye 800CW anti-rabbit IgG.
