  WB analysis of human brain using 18028-1-AP

  human brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 18028-1-AP (STYK1 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 18028-1-AP (STYK1 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of mouse brain using 18028-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue slide using 18028-1-AP (STYK1 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

Geprüfte Anwendungen

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: humanes Hirngewebe, HeLa-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maushirngewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:500-1:3000
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500
