  WB analysis using 83052-6-RR (same clone as 83052-6-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83052-6-RR (SURF1 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83052-6-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HepG2 using 83052-6-RR (same clone as 83052-6-PBS)

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human SURF1 (83052-6-RR, Clone:230210E12) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug rabbit IgG isotype control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83052-6-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83052-6-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83052-6-RR against Human SURF1 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.509 nM.
