  WB analysis using 23024-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 23024-1-AP (SCP3 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 23024-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (10% Formaldehyde) fixed HepG2 cells using 23024-1-AP (SCP3 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

  FC experiment of Jurkat using 23024-1-AP

  1x10^6 Jurkat cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug SCP3 Polyclonal antibody (23024-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.8 ug rabbit IgG isotype control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

Hintergrundinformationen

SYCP3 is an essential structural component of the synaptonemal complex. This complex is involved in synapsis, recombination and segregation of meiotic chromosomes. SYCP3 is required for centromere pairing during meiosis in male germ cells. SYCP3 is also required for normal meiosis during spermatogenesis and male fertility. Mutations in SYCP3 are associated with azoospermia in males and susceptibility to pregnancy loss in females.
