  WB analysis using 68176-1-Ig (same clone as 68176-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68176-1-Ig (SYNGR1 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68176-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  WB analysis of mouse retina using 68176-1-Ig (same clone as 68176-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded rat brain tissue slide using 68176-1-Ig (SYNGR1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68176-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68176-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Synaptogyrins are one of the most abundant vesicle components and are involved in the regulation of neurotransmitter release and synaptic plasticity. Synaptogyrins comprise a family of tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins with three isoforms: two neuronal forms (synaptogyrin-1 and -3) and one ubiquitous form (synaptogyrin-2). The synaptogyrin 1 (SYNGR1) can act as a regulator of Ca2+-dependent exocytosis.
