  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13893-1-AP (Synaptojanin 2 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

SYNJ2 encodes an inositol polyphosphate phosphatase that functions in recycling neurotransmitter vesicles and is implicated in spermatogenesis(PMID: 24103750). This protein has 3 isoforms produced by alternative splicing.
