  WB analysis using 21480-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21480-1-AP (SYNPO2L antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of PC-3 using 21480-1-AP

  PC-3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21480-1-AP (SYNPO2L antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using SYNPO2L antibody (21480-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Mausherzgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

Hintergrundinformationen

SYNPO2L belongs to the synaptopodin family and is an actin-associated protein that may play a role in modulating actin-based shape. SYNPO2L is involved in the positive regulation of Rho protein signal transduction and the positive regulation of stress fiber assembly. Loss-of-function variants in the SYNPO2L gene are associated with atrial fibrillation (PMID: 33768119).
