  WB analysis using 19741-1-AP

  SH-SY5Y cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 19741-1-AP (SYT7 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of mouse brain using 19741-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue slide using 19741-1-AP (SYT7 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IHC staining of mouse cerebellum using 19741-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse cerebellum tissue slide using 19741-1-AP (SYT7 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of mouse cerebellum using 19741-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed mouse cerebellum tissue using SYT7 antibody (19741-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

SYT7, also named as PCANAP7 and IPCA-7, belongs to the synaptotagmin family. SYT7 may be involved in Ca²⁺-dependent exocytosis of secretory vesicles through Ca²⁺ and phospholipid binding to the C2 domain or may serve as Ca²⁺ sensors in the process of vesicular trafficking and exocytosis.

I was disapointed as it did not recognize the band of declared 42-46 kDa in any tissue and cell lysate tested - only the bands of about 55 kDa and mouse brain tissue and cells - and a band of about 100 kDa in all lanes
