  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10161-1-AP (TAP2 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma tissue slide using 10161-1-AP (TAP2 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma tissue, human ovary cancer tissue; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

Hintergrundinformationen

TAP2, also known as APT2, ABCB3, is a member of the superfamily of ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters. TAP2 mediates unidirectional translocation of peptide antigens from cytosol to endoplasmic reticulum (ER) for loading onto MHC class I (MHCI) molecules (PMID: 25656091). Mutations in TAP2 may be associated with Bare lymphocyte syndrome 1 (BLS1) and schizophrenia(PMID: 7517574, 24365204).
