• 

  WB analysis of human brain using 12304-1-AP

  human brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12304-1-AP (TBCA antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of HeLa using 12304-1-AP

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12304-1-AP (TBCA Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IP experiment of HeLa using 12304-1-AP

  IP result of anti-TBCA (IP:12304-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:12304-1-AP 1:300) with HeLa cells lysate 2920 ug.

  IHC staining of human prostate cancer using 12304-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human prostate cancer using 12304-1-AP (TBCA antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 10x lens).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Prostatakarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

Empfohlene Verdünnung

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:300-1:1500
• Immunpräzipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:20-1:200

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.
