  WB analysis using 12021-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12021-1-AP (TBCE antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of HeLa using 12021-1-AP

  WB result of TBCE antibody (12021-1-AP; 1:2000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-TBCE transfected HeLa cells.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Prostatakarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
