  WB analysis using 67211-1-Ig (same clone as 67211-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67211-1-Ig (TBK1 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67211-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  WB analysis of U2OS using 67211-1-Ig (same clone as 67211-1-PBS)

  U2OS (WT and TBK1 KO) lysates prepared with RIPA buffer, 50 μg protein loaded. 67211-1-Ig incubated at 1:5000 at 4°C overnight in 5% BSA in TBST. Ponceau stained transfers shown on right. Data provided by YCharOS, an open science company with a mission to validate commercial antibodies to improve scientific reproducibility and transparency. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67211-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

TBK1, also named as tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor-associated factor NF-kB activator (TANK)-binding kinase 1 (TBK1), NF-kB-activating kinase (NAK), T2K, is a multimeric kinase that modulates inflammation and autophagy. It is a ubiquitously expressed serine-threonine kinase belonging to the 'noncanonical IkB kinases' (IKKs) recognized for its critical role in regulating type I IFN production (PMID: 27211305). And TBK1 is an important player in yet another critical cellular function, autophagy. This antibody is specific for TBK1.
