  WB analysis using 10779-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10779-1-AP (TCEB2/Elongin-B antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Empfohlene Verdünnung

• Immunpräzipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:20-1:200

Hintergrundinformationen

TCEB2 encodes the protein elongin B, which is a subunit of the transcription factor B (SIII) complex and is also reported to function as an adapter protein in the proteasomal degradation of target proteins via different E3 ubiquitin ligase complexes (PMID: 26531153). TCEB2 has 2 isoforms with the molecular mass of 13 and 18 kDa.
