  IF Staining of HeLa using CL488-10502

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 TCEB3 antibody (CL488-10502) at dilution of 1:200, CL594-Phalloidin (red).

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-10502

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug Coralite® Plus 488 Tceb3 Polyclonal Antibody (CL488-10502)(red), or 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).
