  WB analysis of HL-60 using 12649-1-AP

  HL-60 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12649-1-AP (TCIRG1 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of U-937 using 12649-1-AP

  U-937 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12649-1-AP (TCIRG1 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
