  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12157-1-AP (TCN2 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maus-Dünndarmgewebe, humanes Pankreaskarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

Hintergrundinformationen

TCN2 (Transcobalamin-2) is a vitamin B12 (cobalamin; Cbl) binding and transport protein in plasma that facilitates the cellular uptake of the vitamin. TCN2 is secreted in a constitutive fashion in most cells. Plasma TCN2 levels have been reported to be elevated in a number of diverse human diseases. Defects in TCN2 are cause of transcobalamin-2 deficiency. (10714245)
