  IHC staining of human colon cancer using 84914-5-RR (same clone as 84914-5-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon cancer tissue slide using 84914-5-RR (TCOF1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84914-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of MCF-7 using 84914-5-RR (same clone as 84914-5-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed MCF-7 cells using TCOF1 antibody (84914-5-RR, Clone: 242201F12 ) at dilution of 1:500 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84914-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84914-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84914-5-RR against Human TCOF1 were performed. The affinity constant is 8.67 nM.

Mutations in TCOF1 have been associated with Treacher Collins syndrome, a disorder which includes abnormal craniofacial development(PMID: 31218872)
