  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed Hela cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 TFAP4 antibody (CL488-83196-4, Clone: 240031D5 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-83196-4

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated TFAP4 Recombinant antibody (CL488-83196-4, Clone:240031D5)(red), or 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).
