  WB analysis of HepG2 using 23030-1-AP

  WB result of THAP11 antibody (23030-1-AP; 1:6000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-THAP11 transfected HepG2 cells.

• 

  WB analysis using 23030-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 23030-1-AP (THAP11 antibody) at dilution of 1:6000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: HeLa-Zellen, C2C12-Zellen, HepG2-Zellen, Jurkat-Zellen, NIH/3T3-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Kolonkarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500
