  WB analysis using 67787-1-Ig (same clone as 67787-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67787-1-Ig (TK1 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated Beta Actin Monoclonal antibody (HRP-66009) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67787-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

TK1(Thymidine kinase, cytosolic) belongs to the thymidine kinase family and is a regulatory enzyme that can interchange between its dimeric and tetrameric forms, which have low and high catalytic efficiencies, respectively. TK1 is involved in DNA synthesis and an important proliferation marker(PMID:21178264).
