  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 98100-1-RR (same clone as 98100-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human TNFRSF13B/CD267 Rabbit RecAb (98100-1-RR, Clone:241317D8) or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9), and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were co-stained with CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Human CD19 (4G7) Mouse IgG2a Recombinant Antibody (CL647-65562, Clone: 4G7). Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98100-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98100-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98100-1-RR against Human TNFRSF13B/CD267 were performed. The affinity constant is 4.18 nM.

Hintergrundinformationen

Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 13B (TNFRSF13B), also known as CD267 or TACI, is a transmembrane protein of the TNF receptor superfamily found predominantly on B cells (PMID: 10920230). TACI is also expressed on activated T cells, myeloma cells, and expressed by monocytes intracellularly at a low level (PMID: 11429548; 16825497). TNFRSF13B is a receptor for TNFSF13/APRIL/CD256 and TNFSF13B/BAFF/CD257 and mediates calcineurin-dependent activation of NF-AT, as well as activation of NF-κB and AP-1 (PMID: 10956646; 10973284; 9311921). It is involved in the stimulation of B- and T-cell function and the regulation of humoral immunity.
