  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 98112-1-RR (same clone as 98112-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 unstimulated or Con-A-stimulated human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human TNFRSF9/CD137 Rabbit RecAb (98112-1-RR, Clone:241344F3), or Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were then stained with APC Anti-Human CD8. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98112-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98112-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98112-1-RR against Human TNFRSF9/CD137 were performed. The affinity constant is 10.3 nM.

Hintergrundinformationen

CD137, also known as TNFRSF9 or 4-1BB, is an inducible T cell surface receptor that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. CD137 is a transmembrane protein expressed on the surface of activated T-cells. In addition, activation-dependent expression of CD137 has also been found in B lymphocytes, monocytes, and diverse nonlymphoid cell types. CD137 provides a co-stimulatory signal that enhances the survival, and differentiation of cells, and has a crucial role in the development of CD8 cytotoxic T cells and anti-tumor immunity.
