  FC experiment of mouse splenocytes using 98182-1-RR (same clone as 98182-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 untreated or Con A treated mouse splenocytes were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse TNFRSF9/CD137 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98182-1-RR, Clone: 241647E11) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were co-stained with APC Anti-Mouse CD25 (PC61.5) (APC-65137, Clone: PC61.5). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98182-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98182-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98182-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98182-1-RR against Mouse TNFRSF9/CD137 were performed. The affinity constant is 62.5 pM.

Hintergrundinformationen

CD137, also known as TNFRSF9 or 4-1BB, is an inducible T cell surface receptor that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. CD137 is a transmembrane protein expressed on the surface of activated T-cells. In addition, activation-dependent expression of CD137 has also been found in B lymphocytes, monocytes, and diverse nonlymphoid cell types. CD137 provides a co-stimulatory signal that enhances the survival, and differentiation of cells, and has a crucial role in the development of CD8 cytotoxic T cells and anti-tumor immunity.
