  IF Staining of U2OS using CL594-67948

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U2OS cells using CoraLite®594 TNIK antibody (CL594-67948, Clone: 1E9H3 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of A431 using CL594-67948

  1X10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug CoraLite®594 Anti-Human TNIK (CL594-67948, Clone:1E9H3) (red), or 0.8 ug CoraLite®594 Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (C1.18.4) (CL594-65208, Clone: C1.18.4) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

Traf2- and Nck-interacting kinase (TNIK) is one of the germinal center kinase family members involved in cytoskeleton organization and neuronal dendrite extension (PMID: 24566388). TNIK is an essential regulatory component of the T-cell factor-4 and β-catenin transcriptional complex and is required for the tumor-initiating function of colorectal cancer stem cells (PMID: 10521462).
