  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 18030-1-AP (TNKS antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

working with a hek lysate western blot, did not get any banding in the predicted protein range specified by proteintech - cut the blot to only have this region, may have run over or under and i wouldnt be able to tell
