  ELISA experiment of peptide using 84552-1-RR (same clone as 84552-1-PBS)

  TNP Recombinant Antibody (84552-1-RR) tested by ELISA. TNP and DNP were coated onto microtiter plates and then incubated with a dilution series of TNP Recombinant Antibody (84552-1-RR). Bound antibodies were detected with HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit IgG followed by incubation with HRP Substrate and measuring the resulting absorbance at 450 nm. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84552-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
