Hintergrundinformationen

TOM1L1 is also named as SRCASM and is an adaptor protein of the TOM1 family with post-Golgi trafficking and signalling functions. TOM1L1 can interacts with the SH2 and SH3 domains of various signaling proteins (FYN, GRB2 and PIK3R1) when it is phosphorylated. And it may possibly promote FYN activation by disrupting intramolecular SH3-dependent interactions. (PMID:20604899, PMID: 26899482)
