  WB analysis using 83809-1-RR (same clone as 83809-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83809-1-RR (TP53BP1-Specific antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83809-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human ovary cancer tissue slide using 83809-1-RR (TP53BP1-Specific antibody) at dilution of 1:400 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83809-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using TP53BP1-Specific antibody (83809-1-RR, Clone: 240638C6 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83809-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 83809-1-RR (same clone as 83809-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug TP53BP1-Specific Recombinant antibody (83809-1-RR, Clone:240638C6) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83809-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
