  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13343-1-AP (TPSAB1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20℃ Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using 13343-1-AP (TPSAB1 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

  FC experiment of U-937 using 13343-1-AP

  1X10^6 U-937 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 ug Anti-Human TPSAB1 (13343-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (green), and 0.2 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with 0.1% TritonX-100.

• Durchflusszytometrie (FC) (INTRA): FC (INTRA) : 0.20 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension
