  1X10^6 Raji cells were intracellularly stained with 0.20 ug/test Anti-Human TRAF1 (26845-1-AP) (red) or 0.20 ug control antibody (blue) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1000. Fixed with 90% MeOH.

• 

  FC experiment of Raji using 26845-1-AP

  1X10^6 Raji cells were surface stained with 0.5 ug Anti-Human TRAF1 (26845-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (green), and 0.5 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 90% MeOH.

Geprüfte Anwendungen

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Tonsillitisgewebe, humanes Milzgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF: HUVEC-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in FC: Raji-Zellen

Empfohlene Verdünnung

• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500
• Immunfluoreszenz (IF): IF : 1:50-1:500
• Durchflusszytometrie (FC): FC : 0.20 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.
