  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27774-1-AP (TRAPPC11 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

This subunit is involved in early stage endoplasmic reticulum-to-Golgi vesicle transport. Mutations in TRAPPC11 result in neuromuscular and developmental phenotypes.
