  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10851-1-AP (TRIM11 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon cancer tissue slide using 10851-1-AP (TRIM11 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

It is a member of the tripartite-motif-containing protein family and is known to destabilize humanin, an inhibitor of Alzheimer-like neuronal insults(PMID: 16904669). This protein has 3 isoforms produced by alternative splicing.
