  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using TRIM40 antibody (67073-1-Ig, Clone: 1C5D3 ) at dilution of 1:800 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Mouse Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAM002), CL594-Phalloidin (red).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Dünndarmgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HepG2-Zellen
