  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83175-2-RR (TRIM54 antibody) at dilution of 1:7000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83175-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed C2C12 cells using TRIM54 antibody (83175-2-RR, Clone: 230391G5 ) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83175-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of MCF-7 using 83175-2-RR (same clone as 83175-2-PBS)

  1x10^6 MCF-7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Trim54 Recombinant Antibody (83175-2-RR, Clone:230391G5) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83175-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Hintergrundinformationen

TRIM54 (Tripartite motif-containing protein 54) is also names as MURF, MURF3, RNF30. The expression of TRIM54 is required for skeletal myoblast differentiation and myotube fusion. It is expressed in heart and skeletal muscle specifically (PMID:11243782). It has two isoforms with the molecular weight of 40KDa and 45KDa. It can be dimerizated and hetero-dimerizated to form homooligomer and heterooligomer (PMID:15967462).
