  WB analysis using 31976-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 31976-1-AP (TRIML2 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of mouse testis using 31976-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue slide using 31976-1-AP (TRIML2 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

Tripartite motif family like 2 (TRIML2, also known as SPRYD6) is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family of proteins. It probably interacts with p53 to facilitate the modification of p53 with small ubiquitin-like modifier 2 (SUMO2) (PMID: 25256710). By regulating p53, TRIML2 may also be an important factor in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease (PMID: 27471163).
