  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 26472-1-AP (TRMT112 antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

TRMT112 is a small evolutionarily conserved protein that acts as a co-factor and activator for different MTases involved in rRNA, tRNA and protein methylation.
