  WB analysis using 83410-3-RR

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83410-3-RR (TRNP1 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of HeLa using 83410-3-RR

  WB result of TRNP1 antibody (83410-3-RR; 1:10000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-TRNP1 transfected HeLa cells.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 83410-3-RR

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug TRNP1 Recombinant antibody (83410-3-RR, Clone:240331C6) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83410-3-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83410-3-RR against Human TRNP1 were performed. The affinity constant is 72.8 pM.

TRNP1 (TMF-regulated nuclear protein 1), also called C1orf225, is a DNA-binding factor that regulates the expression of a subset of genes and plays a key role in tangential, radial, and lateral expansion of the brain neocortex (PMID: 27264089; 23622239; 36947129). It has been shown to exert potent roles in neural development affecting neural stem cell self-renewal and brain folding (PMID: 32627867). It may also control the proliferation rate of cells by regulating their progression through key cell-cycle transition points.
