  WB analysis using 83062-4-RR

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83062-4-RR (TRPS1 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human breast cancer using 83062-4-RR

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue slide using 83062-4-RR (TRPS1 antibody) at dilution of 1:400 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  FC experiment of MCF-7 using 83062-4-RR

  1x10^6 MCF-7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug TRPS1 Recombinant antibody (83062-4-RR, Clone:230051F10) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83062-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83062-4-RR against Human TRPS1 were performed. The affinity constant is 88.0 pM.

TRPS1 is a zinc finger transcriptional repressor involved in the regulation of chondrocyte and perichondrium development, containing a GATA-type zinc finger through which it binds to DNA. with nine zinc-finger domains and two C-terminal Ikaros-like zinc fingers. Its reperssible function was dependent on the integrity of the Trps1 GATA-type zinc-finger domain and also required the C-terminal 119 amino acids of the protein, which harbor the two Ikaros-like zinc-finger domains.
